Daily backlinking outsourcing

Good luck with this one. I have already tried to outsource this and each person/service seems to be incapable of doing this.

They say they can but when it comes to it no links are built and no service is completed.

If you find someone tell me and we can keep the outsourcer for ourselves.

No links are built? Do you mean the links didn't get indexed? Didn't your outsourcer give you any report after with the links.

With site's such as oDesk, you only pay the worker if the job is completed to the required standard so i wonder what is going on here.

I think what rigby38and kenj are looking for is the same as what I am looking for... not outsourcing tasks / projects but simply hiring someone to work.

I've outsourced a lot of work and it is okay. It gets tasks done. However, it would be a whole lot more efficient to just hire someone to spend all day building quality backlinks (i.e. leaving quality comments on relevant blogs, participating in relevant forums with useful posts, creating quality informative squidoo lenses and so on). At first, I expect the person would need to be trained. Maybe the first week or two would need to work with them closely but after that we should be able to simply say I want you to build links to these web pages this week and off they go doing what needs to be done.

At least that is what I am looking for.

I think what Kenj is trying to say is that outsources just don't live up to our expectations? Correct me if I am wrong. I just wish I had a copy of myself, then I would outsource my other self. Why? Because I know the things I am doing, but too bad I can't

I am looking for the same thing. Actually, I have been testing Fiverr and they are decent for tiny projects but I want something a little more long-term the same way you do.

Today, I decided to throw up a page on an old personal test site of mine and promote the page around the net to see if I can find people willing to do Micro Projects for me.

You need to hire a full time person who can write decent English and work for you and only you. Philippines is where I'd go.

I do a lot of this via Unique Article Wizard, for example.

If you hire your own employee you can train him or her to meet your needs. This is the best way to go.

I only offer profiles publicly but have more services on the backend, one of them being a monthly seo service that is geared to micro niche sites, supporting several keywords at a time and thought to be an all-in-one seo solution.

Links will come from all sorts of sources, not just profiles of course and there are some advanced link building techniques you wouldn't get with just any link builder. No need to train or check up with me every few days, I've been doing this for a while now. Let me know if that's something you guys would be interested in.

May be you can find your desire outsourcer on Odesk.com or elence.com. Now a days these two outsourcing sites are providing more capable workers.

Thanks but that is exactly what I do not want. I'm trying to get away from using Fiverr, Guru, Odesk and eLance and the focus on specific individual tasks.

I end up spending nearly as much time administering the projects as I save by outsourcing the work using those sites. An ongoing work schedule where the person just does some forum posts, some blog comments, some squidoo lenses, some social bookmarking and so forth, switching between the activities as they get bored, but always doing some work every day and just sending a list of what they have done at the end of the week and then seeing money appear in their Paypal account... now this would be so much better in my opinion.

It's a challenging road to find someone to outsource linking to. I've found it's more effective to spend that money on a membership to a few article distribution networks.
