Keywords anyone??

hi all.....this is one part of SEO i find really confusing..please can someone give me a detailed outline about finding keywords and how to USE them in IM.Most books i've read seemed to confuse me more or rather they just scratched the topic ..thanks in advance

      Here's my method-

      1. I go on Clickbank and search for products/get some ideas

      2. I head over to google keyword tool, search for the products/ideas I've came up with.

      3. Make sure keywords are on [Exact] and over 3000+ Searches/monthly.

      4. Take my keywords to MarketSamurai and go SEO Research, make sure theres only 2-3 "PR3" and lower on top 10 and Analyze backlinks.

      5. I then go to Google Insights and make sure the Specific Keyword is rising, not plumaging and wasting my time.

      6. Register [exact keyword] domain or with dashes.

      The next step is developing your website..
