Help with Blogger

I have a blog in blogger. I want to know can i have some widget or code to embed in your blog for the following options.

1) Guests to Register with my blog
2) Login option
3) Profile creation & settings
4) submitting blog
5) Admin moderation before addition

Please be specific with blogger. I just want to make my blog which allows others to submit their blogs. It will be more helpful if you explain in detail with links to the source

    Sorry to say this, if you are building a solid business online, you have to stay away from blogger. I had many bitter experiences in the past with blogger. Google can delete it any time without any real reasons, even if it is 100% white hat blog (yeah, they have done this to me).

    So get a domain and hosting and install wordpress. You don't want to put your business in someone else hands. You will win in the long run.

      Complete baloney. Blogspot rocks. If you choose to break google
      webmaster guidlelines, you get what you deserve.

      There are numerous free blogger gadgets.
      Just google it. BUT...

      Blogger already has a few already there. You are probably familiar
      with the layout and adding a gadget. You can scroll through
      these. As you are scrolling, you will notice one that says something
      like "add html/javascript." This is the place you will cut and paste
      the code for custom gadgets/widgets.

      You will also notice one on letting your visitors signup.

      Google friend connect has a lot of ones similar to what you want.
      It's been a while since I've been there. They may have added a bunch.

      Log into your blogspot account, then go here:
      http://www.google.com/friendconnect/admin/tos/
      click you agree then on to the setup.

      Your blogspot blogs will be shown on the left menu. Very
      easy to just click on the blog. You then should be able to
      peruse a whole bunch of stuff to add to your blog. There is
      a plethora of gadgets.

      Blogger rocks.
