well even when i write full website address including www. and extenscion i cant see my website on google. Also this happens when i search for a keyword im targeting

You should track your google rankings with some software, I used the free version of SEO Powersuite's Rank Tracker for a long time.

Once you're ready you can update it to a better paid version, but it's free for as long as you want if you don't have the cash now.

If your site isn't showing up, you just gotta build backlinks and backlinks and more backlinks.

SEO takes a while. You should be building backlinks every day, either manually or with software for at least 3-4 to 10-14 days before you show up in the serps for a lot of keywords...it just depends on the backlink structure you're using to get ranked.

Try seoserp.com to track your website up to 1000 in the SERPs. I find it really helpful to see how my optimization efforts are working in their early stages.

Just remember that SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. Hopefully when you see positive results in the top 1000 SERPs, you will be encouraged that your efforts are paying off.

i use some online backink checker wich says i have over 700 backlinks, and i cant see my website -.-

make more back links and ping the articles,then wait few days and check again. Don't forget to submit your articles to twitter and Digg

If so, your site is indexed and all you need to do is continue building links to it, if not, then you are not indexed and the question is were you indexed before (penalty if you did), and if not, index it by some bookmarks.

First of all you should learn the basics of SEO and learn that there is an ofpage optimisation. You should try related blogs and forums that alows you to post links in your signature to increase your backlinks. Wait for 10 day and see the results.

To my experience it should take two to three weeks to rate well for a keyword that has low to medium competition. If you are in the high competition field than it might take more. My advice would to to post regularly and use as much unique content as possible.

If you want to increase your traffic and page rank you should use following SEO techniques.Like directory submission,Blog commenting,Forum posting,social bookmarking,Yahoo answers and you should also make social media accounts and update them weekly.
