If you haven't, You should sign up to google webmaster tools, and put your sites in. there is a section for each you have entered, that shows you inbuild links to your site (from both internal and external). Webmaster tools will show you Alot more links to your site then using the link: search as well.

Just a heads up - once you sign up, it'll take a few days to start filling in all the data.

There are other things as well - like where you are ranking for each keyword, and what pages are ranking for said keyword.

Check out Yahoo Site Explorer as well. It is going to be shut down soon though.

best tool is google webmaster tools. verify your site. it does not show all backlinks. i think it shows only those backlinks that google finds during last 30 days.
