Hey,

I need a few good ideas for running content campaign in Adwords:
1. Many placements show a high number of impressions but no clicks. Should I exclude these websites?
2. Placements with low CTR but still manage to produce conversions- Should I exclude?
3. Placements that are of a good quality, with no impressions- should I raise the bids?
How often should I check data amassed? daily basis? weekly? a month?
I'd love to hear ideas and methods for dealing with these questions.
