SEO help needed!!

Hi all,

I want to sharpen my very blunt SEO skills so today I did some keyword research and came up with "raw vegan diet".

I decided to write an article and posted it to Raw Vegan Diet? | Healthy Happier You!

Please can you have a look at it and check the keyword density? The reason that I ask is that it was indexed within minutes, but is at 142 in the serps for its search term.

Can you also suggest some steps to get it on the first page?

  • Nope looks cool to me. In fact it did the one thing that most article writers concentrating on SEO don't do and that was that it was interesting and actually got me thinking. So one up there. Too often people forget that articles are written for people to read and get something out of and anything else is a bonus.

    I'd leave it as is but perhaps work on driving links to it and build it up that way.

  • Yah, nice article. The title and headers are already optimize for wordpress, so you shouldn't worry too much as long as you write quality content for your keywords. Just build a lot backlinks to the article and you will be fine.

  • I find the article interesting and also the Keyword Density is also fine, it got indexed quickly and came up to 142. Just build backlinks to it, I feel it will come up soon.

    For the kind of backlinks, you can make Forum Profile links, more articles linking to this article and there are many more ways to build links.
