It's just the standard twentyten default word press theme with their own header

its just a default wordpress theme you can manually place adsense to have that kind kind of ads placement

  how? do you have to ad the adsense to every post / page? and when i try to place a 728 x 90 ad at the top of a post it covers part of the side bar widget.
