Just a word of advice, some people would be kind enough to answer this but as far as I know, it would be better if you could at least manage to offer something in return - a $5 coupon for a service you offer. If you will eventually make profit out of this, its worth the investment.

He's doing research. Are you trying to say that anyone here asking questions should offer something free to people who are answering? Everyone here is trying to make a profit, and seeking help, input, advice, etc.

    2. If Google is the only search engine my customers use. Why should I submit to the other search engines? Additional traffic... your customers are customers right now... you want to reach out to those who aren't your customers yet, dont you?

    3. Which is the best Organic or paid SEO.....?

Uhhh... I think you're confusing paid SEO and PPC.

    4. How powerful is social bookmarking in SEO?

Sometimes it helps greatly, other times, not so much. Not very good for bring targeted traffic, but it can bring in traffic.

    5. How much keywords we can target for a single website?
    How much can you pay?

If my website is about recipe, can I go for the all the keywords related to recipes or should I concentrate on one.
However many you want, but you will pay accordingly!

    6. Our company is already the best and the leading expert in our industry. How can SEO and a search engine marketing campaign improve our position in the search engines?
Already? Well... What is your industry? I'll hit up your competitors to see if they want to be the best and leading expert. The best in their field, usually already are using SEO.

    7. Do you follow the same steps in SEO what you do for your sites...and to your clients?

No... I put more work into my clients than my own.

    8. Do I need To Resubmit My Website, Intermittently, To Search Engines?

    No.

    9. Twitter, YouTube, Digg, or Facebook? If website owners could only pick one to invest their time into, which would you pick and why?

Depends on the industry. Not Digg...

    10. My site is about recipes and if want to extend it to also for the review of movies then is it possible to first for both the keywords?
Yes, it is POSSIBLE, but it would be better if you had two separate sites. Or you will be paying quite a bit.

    11. Which part is more important whether the on page or off page optimization ?

Yes. They both are more important.
