Adsense - how many pages do you need?

I wonder - nowadays, how many pages do you need to be safe during manual review?
Some say they only have one content page, others are banned even with 5+

I will have simple theme but a bit nicer then those popular templates (I don't remember the name - clickbump I think...)

And forget about SEO for a second - let's just focus on manual review.

Think about what google would want. They want publishers who have a very worthwhile and informative site. Putting up 5 pages is not going to impress them very much. It's probably more worth while to spend 3-6 months really growing your site, and then apply. You won't make much off of 5 pages anyway. I have a few hundred thousand pages of unique content and only make several hundred per month on one of my sites.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

I don't think the number of pages would mind much. I usually just try to have about 2 to 3 posts on my MNS. The thing I would always put in is the Privacy Policy page. Very important for adsense. Also I'll just put an additional contact and about us page. About the theme, I also wouldn't recommend ClickBump, most probably coz the internet is full with it. Try to find a simple one. That's just my 2 cents.

You've never had any of your websites banned or unindexed after manual review?

How would I know if they have been manual reviewed?
So far all of them are still ranking.

Correct me if I am wrong experts

      Outsourced I take it?

That's your target or is it a reality?

        1) Never outsource anything!

        2) One of my sites has almost 600 pages, another newer site has around 200 pages.

The first site was reality 3 years ago!

I can build 10 pages of content in about 5 hours (per day). I'm all about downloadable files, never write articles. Never automate content.

            Sure,

I create downloadable zip files that include my content, that I create. My traffic is looking for this content, a lot of times they ask me for specific content so I create the content & upload to my site. Each download gets it's own new page (one zip file per page).

My on page text is around 10 words, besides internal anchor-text links.

All my content is 100% legal (no movies, mp3s or anything like that).

My niche is a hobby niche, my first site for this niche is 4+ years old, & around 600 pages. I got bored with the first site & built a couple of newer sites in the same exact niche.

The good thing about getting bored with a site is, you can always build more sites in the exact same niche, then send all your traffic from site-A to site-B, etc... It's like flipping a light switch on/off sending traffic from one site to the next. The last site I built had around 1,500 uniques on the very first day I launched the site.

I enjoy this hobby niche so it's not really like work to me, I just found a way to get payed for what I was giving away for free (before I started Adsense). I've been with Adsense since my first niche site 4+ years ago.

If you have never targeted forum traffic your missing out on awesome traffic, it's very consistent traffic, never lets me down. I've gone months without creating any new content & still get that forum traffic without doing any new forum post or site content, after my site was established with a few hundred pages.

Like I said before, I still seo all my sites as If I didn't have any other traffic (forums, etc...), I make it a point to never depend on Google for traffic. The Google traffic is just extra & my sites would still do well If Google never existed.

Google is nothing compared to targeted forum traffic. Look at this forum (Warrior Forum - 300k members) thousands of people visit this site every single day for one thing "How to make money online", that's a niche just the same as a hobby forum like cycling.

I'm not in the cycling niche but I could think of a couple of ways to draw forum traffic just sitting here posting this comment. The first thing I thought of would be downloadable zip files of cycling maps/trails from all over the world (just an example). Gather GPS locations from multiple forums, go to Google Maps & plot the GPS locations, create a simple pdf map, zip the map, upload to my Adsense site, post a link on a high traffic forum thread related to the cycling niche.

I guarantee I could take what I've posted in this thread & put it all into action & have a new site up & running, traffic + Adsense clicks by this time tomorrow.

One of the hobby forums I belong to has over 200K members, I've established myself in that forum as the go-to man for a sub-niche inside that hobby niche. I'm also a Mod on that forum, which helps build trust with other forum members. This one hobby forum doesn't allow hyperlinks in the forum Sig. & I still get around 2k traffic almost every single day, year after year for free.

You don't need a single article to make money with Adsense.

The goal should be to rank for as many keywords as you possibly can. If that means you build a 200 page site or 500 page site, then that should be your goal.

        Wrong!

Sounds like you have Google tunnel vision, step outside of the tunnel.

Google is only a fraction of the available free traffic, I have a niche forum traffic that I get every single day (non-stop) of at least 2,000 uniques from forums alone.

I could put a NOINDEX on every single page I own, & still make money every single day, & never build another page.

I still seo my pages out the arse, but that's just extra free traffic, I can live without Google (seo), bring home a check every single month & pay the bills.

More pages generally the better. However even if you only have one page that doesn't mean you will be banned.

A lot of people getting banned from Adsense are a little biased in their story telling. Follow the rules and you'll be ok.

I think you want to ask a question that how many adsense show in one page or how many adsense paste in one website of different pages??

first don't think about adsense, make some good posts, around 10 -20, wait 3-4 months and apply when your site is ready.

About 500 page website - sure they would do great but sometime you find keyword for very narrow niche and there's no way you could write 10+ pages about it (not enough content or similar connected keywords).

      That's what categories are for.

Example, 10 root keywords (categories) x 50 pages each will give you 500 pages.

Break the site down into smaller chunks (categories), 500 pages isn't really that much.

That 500+ pages is what I use for my own sites, it's not set in stone. I do what works for me.

But what if you have random keywords about for example furniture, cars and music - would you use all in the same website?
