longtail keyword micro niche marketing

I'm just wondering if anybodys had any experience indexing longtail keyword EXACT domains for adsense micro niche marketing.

I'm looking at a 5 word keyword domain... basically something like condosforsaleincalifornia.com

As long as the longtail keyword has decent exact traffic and good CPC, I'm guessing it's good to go.

Thoughts?

  • Yeah I've already done my analysis...

    A 5 word exact domain:

    1600 Local exacts per month
    $2.23 Est CPC

    Pretty average competition, shouldnt be a problem getting into top 5.

    • It works well if you do it right. I have a domain that is actually 7 words long and gets about 1000 searches a month and ranks page 1, pos 1-4 consistently. Additionally, I rank for for 3 and 4 word combinations that are within the long tail.
