Free content sources like UAW or seolinkvine ?

Hi,

I'm looking for some services that provide free content for auto blogs like UAW WP plugin or seolinkvine does.

What I need is:
- to have moderation on article submission, so I don't get junk content
- articles are submitted in spin format, so it has "some" uniqueness

I know there were some more services like these two, just can't find them in bookmarks list.

    You don't want junk content but you want articles in spin format - isn't that what they call contradicting yourself

    No, I don't need them in spin format.
    What you get in your blog is just single article.
    Authors submit them in spin format to content site like UAW, but bloggers just get single articles.
