Personally I try not to target more than 2 keywords per page. How competitive are the other keywords? The problem with seriously ranking for so many keywords is that good on-page SEO requires your keywords in the headings, description, title etc. If you have 12 words in these, its gonna get a little messy.

I would aim for the top 2 performing keywords and SEO your page for that. You can then scatter the rest in the content if you really want to, but you would probably be better off adding pages to your website that are then targeted to each of those words.

Yeah 12 is too many for 1 page, better to target 6 pages and 2 keywords for each page.

It would be hard get good results with 13 KW in one page, choose max 3 KW per page

It is better to target 2 keywords per page that will give you quick results rather than 12 keywords. You can target rest keywords in your content or on other pages as well

how much pages you have in your page ? per page you can use only 2 to 3 keywords only its better...use 6 webpages for 12 to 15 kw it perform better in all search engine and continue off page submissions
