If you REALLY have to go the free route I'd go with the FreeHostia "Chocolate" plan @ Chocolate - bannerless free web hosting powered by advanced cluster technology

It's bannerless and pretty reliable for a free option.

Many Free Hosts don't hang about for long so be sure to check their terms of service carefully & backup frequently.

You can always find great quality web hosts for less than $7 per month.

I would just find cheap hosting. You can get decent hosting for around $4-5.

I agree hosting is very cheap and there are many good hosting companies around.I certainly wouldn't get involved with free hosting at all.

After doing a bit of research I found that a few free hosting provider take 50% of your revenue. No wonder it is free. Which web hosting provider do you guys use? Why?

I think people should stop considering free hosting. There are very cheap shared hosts out there.

No, they don't charge or take any percentage of your Adsense earnings (it's all free).

If you have to go with free hosting, IMO blogspot is the way to go.

        BTW, Google owns blogspot.

I don't think Free Web Hosting is any good. But there a Web Host who offers 3 Years Unlimited Hosting with the following features just for $0.99 (99 Cents for 3 years):

        Unlimited Website Space & Traffic
        Unlimited Email Accounts
        Unlimited Web Domain Name Hosting
        Unlimited MySQL Databases
        Unlimited Websites
        No Ads on Your Website
        FREE US Based Support
        FREE Website Builder
        FREE Online Store

We can host any number of Domains on this Hosting. Each (.com) Domain will cost $11.99 when you buy through this Host itself (it's better to buy Domain Names through that Host).

Now What is that Hosting Company?

        Here it is:
Hostable.com - Get Free Web Hosting for 3 years. Web Hosting, Linux Web Hosting, Domain Names, Email Hosting by Hostable

Also, If you go with blogspot, a few rules to live by:

    1) NEVER comment on another blogspot blog (just don't do it)!

    2) Have real content on your site that you created (don't scrape other sites feeds).

    3) Always follow the Adsense TOS, no matter what host you use...
