I suppose it depends on how you have your ads set up, how well they target your reader base and whether your site entices people to want to buy something. When you go to your site, do you get the desire to click your own ads (obviously a bad idea)? If not, then why would others interested in the same topic do this? I'm not an expert, but that's my thought.

Maybe your content is weak or your ad placement isn't enticing people to click.

Ads placement and color blending is very important for Adsense income. Optimize your ads, so that they are looks like the part of your articles. And also write good quality unique article which attract people.

I'm not trying to sound like an a$$, just telling you what I see & think will happen to your site.

First your site is a bunch of unformatted html, & scraped pages from other sites.

Example you & a bunch of other sites are scraping this search string http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=%22Midasis+Technologies+will+support+your+care er+advancement+in+IT.+Please+let+us+know%22

Your setting yourself up to get banned from Adsense, I have no doubt it will happen sooner or later.

You might think you'll win by scraping other sites content, that's just an illusion & when reality sets in, it will be too late.

First thing I would do is remove all traces of Adsense from that entire site. Then delete every post that you scraped, If that's every single page, so be it! Build your your own content, then reload the Adsense Ads (in that order)...

You'll be banned from Adsense sooner or later If you don't deal with the scraped content.

This is not content (hxxp://www.studentlife.co.in/2011/04/02/siebel-eai-developer-with-strong-integration-newh1/), yet you still have Adsense Ads on the page.

    Good luck...

    Neteater,

Here's the thing...Not everyone is going to be appealed by the ads Google displays. This is especially true with the niche that your site caters to. You have such a broad topic (student life) that your visitors aren't necessarily going to your website to search for a product or service to buy. For example, a visitor that goes to a website offering information about high quality headphones is more likely to click on an ad offering 40% discounts on high quality headphones. This is likely the main reason why your CTR is so low.

You also can experiment with different ad placements and setups that will help your CTR a little. You may even want to use a different theme.

Also, I notice that a few of your pages arent displaying properly and really don't offer much information that is either entertaining, enlightening or educational. ... Fresher- Aditya Birla Group | Students portal
... if I were to land on this page, Id immediately hit the back button and Im sure others would agree.

    Hi,

I really think a solid course on niches, keyword research and website content and layout as it applies to Adsense may be something you might benefit from. The 100K Adsense Blueprint and InlineSEO, both products that are offered by very respected authors on the Warrior Forum, might be the best place to start.

Good training can simply not be taught in a single post or two on the Warrior Forum.

    Hope this helps.

      Adsense income is about relevance.

People landing on your site need to be searching for the exact thing the ads are promoting to get clicks.

Your site really isn't a site at all, is it? One line scraped content isn't going to get you ranked, nor does it create a useful website. I can't imagine your bounce rate isn't over 95%. Get your site in order and then worry about Adsense. You should, in fact, pull Adsense until you get the site right.

I doubt you'll listen to this advice (you havn't listened yet).

I'm trying to help you, & advise you pay attention If you want to keep that Adsense account much longer.

Your wrong because no matter what you've read on whatever WSO, you will be banned from Adsense, it's only a matter of time.

Are you willing to give up your Adsense account, & the chance to earn money from that account? Don't forget you get a single chance at this, Google/Adsense will shut you down faster than you can say WTF happend, when they find out your entire site is scraping, & they will find out sooner or later!

If you don't have time to create the content then out source the task, otherwise your going to be banned just like everyone else that claims they did nothing wrong.

Remove your Adsense Ads until the site has real content.

Your site needs work buddy. When I click on a category there aren´t showing up any ads. The only ads I can see are placed in your home page. You want to place the ads higher and in every post.

Second, your pages don´t contain enough content, so you want to fill up to 500 words plus per post.

Third, just because you are getting a few hundred page views, doesn´t mean you are getting a few hundred uniques per day. If you are working on your website, most of the page views will come from yourself. I can´t say more about this because I don´t know the details.
