You can go to Google.com->Blogs and search for the related topic you want and most of all blogs in wordpress and blogger are auto approved.

There is no string to designate which URLs/domains are autoapprove for comments.

Yes there is. You can also find it in forum sites. Most of them came from Scrapebox.

No, there isn't.

The majority of BlogEngine are autoapprove, because they've only recently changed to moderator approval by default.

Step 1: Look for a site owner that uses scrapebox
Step 2: Use Yahoo! page links to see which blogs are linking to the owner's site
Step 3: Get your free auto approved blog list!
