Save XML file to Wordpress

do i need to use my ftp uploader for this or can i save it manually to my site? where exactly does it get saved to?

i created a RSS feed from some backlinks and i was told to save the xml file to my site. where?

In my opinion you should try ftp uploader for this purpose
