Actually you can search it in the internet. It is also good if you will frequently visit forum sites like here I a sure you can get ideas what to do.

How come Scrapebox can't search by using PR filter? this feature should have been added in.

Focus on your comments that they should be relevant & descriptive then you will have better approval rate.

I find so many blogs to post comment but most of them are no follow blogs and there is no benefit to post comment in such blogs.You can find some blogs which are do follow blogs but there are so many guidelines and strictness and rules there is no guarantee that your comment will be published or not.
I prefer to find other sources to have backlinks like article submission , pr submission, social bookmarking and some times forum participation.Blog commenting is really very cumbersome process. So make your choice.

which type of blog you want to find. i mean for posting the article or for comments only?

Actually until you will not able to find it you think that is is very tough task.But the fact is this is very simple to find Do-follow blogs for comment. you just do onething. The page where you are posting comment there are alot of people commenting also. So, you just open one of the site and search backlink of that website. Most of the backlinks of that site will be for blog commenting

I love Comment Kahuna. Unfortunately over the years it feels like the quality (and quantity) of blogs with dofollow has fallen, probably due to the proliferation of spammy tactics. A shame.

You can try the DoFollow Diver. It's a dofollow blog search engine that produces dofollow blogs.

We are using Search Grinder which is excellent for this purpose. It´s for free and you can search for targeted blogs by using your keyword. Than the search grinder will filter all the sites targeting your "keyword" and allow to leave comments. Make sure to NOT only get blog comments from high PR sites. You want to vary them. You can search for PR too, but I wouldn´t do it because Google will catch on.

Let it appear as natural as possible by accepting blog comments from all sources.

Another vote for Scrapebox.

My favorite thing to do is search for other website owners who have commented on high PR, dofollow blogs. Chances are, a few of them have commented elsewhere. It's always exciting to find someone who has commented on a ton of them. You can literally just follow them around and get the same backlinks. Scrapebox helps IMMENSELY with this.

It can be very time consuming, but I can't imagine doing it without the help of Scrapebox.

tried search grinder but I can't get the tool to work at all. Not sure what is going on. tried it several times today. oh well. back to the drawing board.

yes it is really tough to find high PR Dofollow blogs. after reading your forum i searched in Google. yes there are some software tools to find high page rank do follow blogs. but they did not mention the software's name. they just asked for your name and email id. they will send it to you. but i am afraid how much they charge?

but there is a tough alternative. you can search those blogs manually friend. sounds little weired....
