Is my site too "adult" for AdSense?

I have a website with information and treatment plans for a sexual dysfunction. I want to monetize it, but will I get banned from AdSense for it being too "adult"? It is not vulgar or pornographic, but it does explicitly mention genitalia multiple times, because it is on topic.

    Don't bother. There are tons of sexual dysfunction products out there which you can advertise. No point in getting a few clicks from adsense and risk being shut down, as opposed to selling something that might actually help someone.

      Here's directly from google:

      The AdSense network is considered family-safe, which means that publishers aren't permitted to place Google ads on sites which contain adult content.

      In addition to photos and videos which contain nudity or sexual activities, here are some other examples of unacceptable content: Sexual tips or advice

      If your site has content which you wouldn't be comfortable viewing at work or with family members around, then it probably isn't an appropriate site to place Google ads upon.
      You decide.

      Adsense is supposed to be a family-friendly network. What is "family-friendly"?
      Well, why try and stretch the boundaries when they have already cautioned
      people?

      They warn people again:
      Additionally, topics such as sexual health and sex tips may be held to a higher standard of professionalism than content that isn't bordering on mature.
      I'd say that is code for: Blame yourself if you get banned.

    Yes it is better not to put adsense. You could get your adsense account banned. I know many people who has got banned (by self clicking) and now regret as they couldn't get for one again.

    Yes. I think the adsense ads will be disabled after some days if you put them on your site. So its better to don't risk.
