SEO doubt

Hi,

I just had a look at the following website.

without knowing anything about cmdb - is it possible that the keyword has very little search and competition - thus having cmdb in the url/title etc allows it to rank highly. i see a cmdb.info also in top 10.

  But it has some reasonable backlinks to achieve. But i cant imagine, with just 2 backlinks, can we produce good serp?

I am thinking that the fact that "cmdb" is in each keyword they rank for has something to with it.
