Advice On Top 10 Of Google [Pitures]

Hello fellow warriors,
I want your advice on this.I think that I am almost there to hit it but I want your advice before a jump into this.I want to build some videosites and get it to number one in google.I did a research in market samurai for the top 10 of the competition and this are the results for the 3 keywords:
If you ask me than I would say that this would work and but a problem,because I will fisrt gain on page leverage, after that I will build backlinks and promote it,but I am not 100% sure.If you look at the pr, the amount of backlinks and one page factors I think it's possible.
First I want to do on page leverage for the sites.I want to build a couple of thousand of backlinks spred over 2 months with scrapebox and abb.I will aslo include some edu/gov.As last I wil use seo link robot to promote it more.
If I need to post more info just let me know, all the advice/criticism is welcome!
