#search engine optimization #dynamic #static
  • Based on my experience, I don't think HTML static can work wells right now with SEO.

    Go with dynamic!

  • site can get ranked from using of static url either the website is dynamic or static. by using for static url we can get more anchor text

  • I suggest you to use a CMS which works with php and make dynamic pages but makes the links search engine friendly using .htaccess . Most current CMS platform does it.

    • I agree us a CMS like eonicweb and have a URL rewrites - make creating pages easier

  • i think dynamic pages will rank faster/better. it's all about fresh content. so if you have content everyday or something new for the google bots, you'll be good to go .

  • Hi prbindia,

There is absolutely no difference in how fast a static page is indexed verses a dynamic page. Search engines do not classify them differently.

While either type will work well for SEO, if you are using dynamic because you are changing the content from time to time, then you may have a slight disadvantage with your dynamic page. One of the factors used in ranking pages is TrustRank. Trust is something that is earned over time. If you are constantly changing your content then you are not able to build up the trust that a page earns by standing the test of time.
