Webpage/Keyword tracking site?

Does anyone know of any good keyword tracking site or software, I want to track my keywords that i SEO towards, and see where my site is at the moment. Its good to have some sort of a software becuase it tends to get alot of keywords and webpages.

I like SEScout. They're in beta, so there are still bugs to be worked out but its still decent.
