I know there are a lot of variables to this question but, how long does it generally take to get on Google Page 1? If the keyword is low to medium competition.

    However its totally depends on the compete on your keywords, it usually takes months. For low competitive keywords it takes some weeks, for medium competitive keywords takes less than two months and for high competitive keywords can takes even some years.

    Normally 4 months require for doing seo for site either your keywords is competitive or not. You need to do hard work also to get fast ranking in google.

    I think if possible you could get link from gov and edu, it would likely been indexed fast coz in google eye see it important due to the authority of the sites. gov and edu could be PR 9 OR 10, the link juice is ton lot important value.
