Market Samurai weakness, I can't stand for. Can you?

I am using the market samurai since last week and this is my experience. Do anyone did experience it too?

I am using ms (version 0.87.44),that is totally crack my patient. I can generate keyword, but when I click analyze keyword button, all keyword have gone been filter out, I not setting yet.

I could only analyze one keyword that I put into in project. It too slow to generate keyword and analyze keyword, I did speed test on my internet provider all seem to be ok. the speed it run about 1000mb, it should have not problem at using any software. This is so weird happen on MS, my laptop gone into slow down.

I did clean all the crap pdf,software and video inside my laptop, it seem to be the same result I get. MS is still so damn hell slow and yesterday sent over MS support team about the situation. Their will reply 48-72 hours coz lot of customer email, that cool for me.

I am piss off, the video in the MS showing how fast you could generate keyword, analyze keyword and get gold nugget keyword. BUT THE QUESTION NOW WHY IT DIFFERENT WHEN I USE IT?

Is anyone or market samurai worker in wf could help me solve this matter?

The good thing about MS, you get 12 day Free trial, so if it is too slow for you, just get other keyword research tools such as adword analyzer or Traffic Travis. I am still learning using both, but they look OK.

I see that you are from Malaysia. It also depends on what connection you are using. What ISP are you using? Speed?

Hydroxide, I am using Maxis broadband 6 GB. it too fast coz not much user around my area yet.

mokondo, I have use both of them before and having problem can't solve it, just leave it. so I try MS and it still the same.

Ok, I going to into "file" and then "settings" in MS, and what type of setting must I do in order to rid all the crap?

Micro niche finder I have not use yet, possible will be use it soon if can't solve this matter.

  Well just by the off chance that the settings were not right - but they should be fine as usually set correctly be default.
  
  My settings are:
  General
  - Connection speed: 1.5Mbps
  - box under that is ticked
  
  Appearance
  - No boxes ticked
  
  Proxies
  - Use built in proxy servers ticked

  You can try using scrapebox for keyword research and then see the competition with Market Samurai. Use both software, and you'll see GREAT result!

I don't really like market samurai. Micro Niche Finder is a better tool to use

Check your filter settings. The default is "Golden" and that sounds like the problem.

My preference is to put filters in place after all the keyword research is done.

The Blueprinter - Micro Niche Finder is a great tool that I just know and I will went to try it if problem is unsolve. Thank for suggestion

Kieran Duffey - I just did as instructed by you and it seem like have bug, well the MS support team have not given reply yet and I think Australia today is public holiday as well. Maybe I get reply from them on Monday or Tuesday, I am want them to solve my problem while I will have big community in WF as well to help me out. Thank guy, you are rock

I did everything like in video MS and what is gone problem undetected yet.

In keyword research module - there have match type,period and filter. What is the different if I put broad,daily and golden? what if I did put other?

In SEO competition module - backlink source there consist of two type Majestic SEO and Yahoo site explorer. What type should I use to find gold nugget keyword? I have not notice or seen in the video MS. Do I miss anything I should know?

Use Majestic SEO as your backlink source.

A few weeks ago, Yahoo! announced that they were closing access to their keyword data. As a result, Noble Samurai switched over to MajesticSEO. Of course, this data is slightly different, and there were lots of complaints. They responded by allowing the user to choose which source they'd like to use, with the understanding that Yahoo!'s data won't be available for much longer.

For a new site, MajesticSEO is the only one that makes sense.

As for your disappearing keywords problem, check that your filter is set to "no filter", before you generate keywords. If you don't, MS will pull the filtered attributes first, and then only continue getting data on those keywords that pass your filter criteria. This speeds things up considerably, but not everyone is using MS for the same reasons - I might be interested, for instance, in a low competition keyword that only sees 1 or 2 searches per day, especially if I'm just looking for a headline for a content site.

If you forget to specify "no filter" first, you can just run "Analyze Keywords" again to generate the missing data.

Let me know if you continue to have issues. I'm not related to Noble Samurai, nor am I an affiliate for them, but I do own the product and it has been by far the best purchase I've made.

MS is slow already. so apart from internet speed, the app is not too helpful. i have tried various internet speeds. it's slow.

but dude, i think you need to check your setting, don't use the golden rules settings and you won't have your keywords filtered out. try to check that.

Capitalist_Pig - Oh really that Yahoo make announcement like that, I not notice it. Majestic SEO I will try to set it. While about "no filter" I did try to set it but it seem to me is still the same result. Do you want to to contact you in Skype about this matter for detail?

SEOpsychic - MS have many module inside, so I think that is what it cause to be very slow. While internet connect for me have not problem here. Ok i am going to try not to use golden rules setting. Thank

You might also try turning off proxies - you might be having trouble routing to the Noble Samurai proxies, which I believe are in the US. Doing this has the potential to get you temporarily suspended from Google's services (for an hour or so, in my experience), but it will eliminate that as an issue.

Finally, you might try contacting Noble Samurai. Their forums are out of commission at the moment, but they've always replied to my support requests within 1-2 days.

Just a quick additional note...

The Op is in Malaysia? I'm in the Philippines and have had random MS problems and internet issues with certain sites as well. The problem seems to be due to the fact that I'm going through Japan, which, is under quite a bit of turmoil now and we've been having internet issues through there the past 30 days.

My experience is that MS is just having some speed issues right now. I've noticed a considerable lag/slowdown, but it's not always like that. I haven't heard what the issue is or when it's going to get resolved...but I will tell you that MS has been one of the highly recommended tools for online marketers.

ok after wait for almost a month, I did sent email to MS on april 1 and still have not been get reply yet. I admit it the tools is great but with this kind level of customer service is poor. I thought I will make purchase of it but I think better off it.
