We just compiled a list of keywords that big sites are ranking for.

The sites are:
Amazon.com
Hubpages.com
Shopping.com
Ezinearticles.com
Bizrate.com
MySimon.com
Ebay.com
and more.

What kind of features would you like to see?

Right now I have implemented the following filters:
  1. Number of words.
  2. Exact Monthly Searches
  3. Potential Earning
  4. AdWords Competition
  5. SEO Competition - Backlinks to Top 10 results
  6. Exact Match Domain availability for com/net/org
  7. Anything else?

These micro niches/keywords should work for clickbank, amazon, adsense and cpa sites. You could even capture leads with these and sell them.
