GSEO.Net?

Anyone familiar with this place? is it worth anything? I got an e-mail for a plugin which is supposed to help with keyword research direct from the Wordpress dashboard. I wasn't super excited since I already have SE Cockpit for keyword research, but I took a look and when I tried to close the thing it offered me a bonus of free premium membership at GSEO.net if I would purchase using their link.
I went and took a look and it turns out that this is a real value since GSEO.net costs $77 for a premium membership (the plugin is $47 for a single site or $97 for a multi site license).
Now my question though is this: Is GSEO.net worth anything? I never heard of them. Just because they charge money for membership doesn't mean it's worth bothering to get it, either as a freebie bonus from this product or on its own. So I thought I'd ask here if anyone knows about it and whether anyone thinks it's worth anything...
