Offer SEO Services ---- How to Farm out? what to Offer?

hi warriors

I want to be able to offer SEO services as well as offering to build
a website. I know SEO to an extent, but I'm certainly no guru

I would be offering it to "start-ups" and not established businesses
I would offer a discount if they have me create a site for them

If I can ask;

What or who can I use to actually fulfill such services?

I realize I'm in the US, and in order to be profitable I would likely need
to have tasks completed outside of the US

does anyone have a general idea of what a "reasonable" seo package would offer? in terms of what would be "completed" for them(for my customers)

and or, how can I determine the reliability of a 3rd party to do the work?

    I would suggest to build a reputation first and prove that you have optimize many sites.

      looks like you have a great product(s) very nice! However I need a profit margin, and far lower output costs, so I think I will need to farm it out overseas (thought I mentioned that? and low cost as well?) but you are a sweetheart!

    You can either outsource for an offshore low cost location, probably India or Phillippines... or you can run some script locally (i.e. in the US) and charge per use.

    The SEO package itself is really open. I've bought SEO services that ranged from... Yahoo Answers, social bookmarking, link wheels, link pyramids, xrumer blasts, etc. From all these service providers, they usually only share the following in common...
    - usually 3 tiers of offerings, priced accordingly
    - very clearly quantification of what each offering includes (e.g. X number of social bookmarks)
    - nicely formatted, consistent report (usually in Excel) they email me after service completion

    Here is how I priced out SEO services and how to farm out.

    1.) Look at your outsourcing companies, how much are they charging and can do provide results ? I would not put my reputation on the line in order to make a few more dollars.

    2nd.) Get their pricing and just add what you want to make a month.
    Example - My seo company charges $140, I might go back sell it for $300 to $450.
    So my profit is $160 to $310 every month.

    3.) Go out and sell your seo services.
