Google Keyword Tool - Backwards Phrases?

Hi guys,
I just need to check something.
Say i'm doing keyword research on Google's keyword tool - and i'm looking for "gold cufflinks"
One of the results it shows is "cufflinks gold"
I'm guessing this is just the keyword tool putting the words around backwards for some reason.
Both "gold cufflinks" and "cufflinks gold" appear in the results -and both have the same number of searches a month, say.. 30,000 global and monthly.
Does that mean people are actually searching for this phrase - or any backward phrase - or should they be ignored?
