ClickBank - Wavering - Help

Okay, so I looked into clickbank, and although the squeeziness of the ad pages makes my teeth hurt, I think there are some that would be a good fit with my website. Do you actually BUY and read the material you sell so you know you're not giving your readers a link to garbage? Or are you not attached to your readers? I guess niche marketing in a non-passion blog/site wouldn't matter, but what if you actually want loyal readers? I dunno - not convinced the stuff there is quality, but not sure I want to buy it before advertising it either. Whatchoo think?

  • I haven't really used clickbank on any of my sites yet but I would imagine it would be worth verifying that the product is worth the money even if you weren't interested in repeat visitors because you don't want them using the 60 day refund. The upside of that is that if you really don't think it's worth the money, you could get your refund...

Another idea (and like I said I haven't used clickbank so take this with a grain of salt), is that you might be able to contact the person that created the product and ask for a copy to review before you start promoting it. I would think in a lot of cases they would be willing to do this.

    • Yea, there is a lot of garbage on CB. Best thing is look at the stats and see what the gravity looks like. Search around on Google (really well) try and dig up some real feedback. Occasionally, you may uncover that product is actually PLR in which case you can buy for a couple bucks to see if its worth anything.
