there's thing thing not many people know. i'll tell you. yahoo DOESN'T keep or maintain a search index. it fetches it's data from msn and bing. so if you want to rank well in yahoo, do normal seo and add geotagging to help in your bing rankings and you'll do well with yahoo.

    all the best.

Since a single engine is powering them both, Bing, so when you improve your rank on one, your listings on the other too would get improved almost instantly. Google as you know is famous these days to favor websites with strong on page and off page optimization scores, link popularity in most cases works, but Bing plus Yahoo are using a rather different formula and sometimes you may find on page items to be very important.

Of course links are today counted by these two search engines as well but some top ranking websites are found with higher keyword densities, using several H tags and content pages which contain several occurrences of the terms specified.

what I heard is that Yahoo still pay some attention to the keywords tags, which is ignored by Google.

I think you can do normal SEO, just like what you are doing in ranking your site in Google.

No trick, just focus like justinpage said, Focus on G and B and Y will pick you up. But you need someone linking to you.
