below my site in search results - "Block all mydomain.net results"

My new affiliate website was ranking # 7 on page 1 a few weeks ago, then it disappeared from the results.

It was still indexed, and most people mentioned the mysterious "Google Dance"

But it has been over 3 weeks now, and while attempting to find my website in the rankings... page 8 it had a result generated from my blogroll / tags. Below the result it had an additional notice from Google-

"Block all mydomain.net results" and when I hovered it read "Not Helpful? You can block mydomain.net results when signed in to search"

Does anyone know what this means? Has my site been penalized? What should I do? Thanks for any advice!

It shows up for sites that you've clicked on through Google. I guess they assume that if you go to the site and then back out to the search results it might mean that the site was not satisfactory.

It sounds like an alteration of their +1 system, just the reverse.

They are relying more and more on human metrics. It is all becoming one giant voting system.
