Ping-ing Backlinks in Mass

i have about 200 backlinks i want to ping. does anyone know of a good pinging service where i can submit them all in one shot vs. one at a time?

I have magic submit and sick submit ,and they both have a bulk ping addon theyselves

maybe you want to ping your backlink to let them indexed,but sadly,as a SEO newbie,I have try ping my backlink,but never work,any idea guys?

You can also use pingfarm to ping multiple backlinks at one shot
