lets say i have a california - used motorcycle - website.

and i want my san diego page to rank well for ...
used motorcycles in san diego

but i also want to rank well for or attract traffic for these phrases...
used motorcycles san diego
san diego used motorcycles
used motorcycles for sale in san diego
used motorcycles for sale san diego
san diego used motorcycles for sale

do i have to have a page for each phrase - or can i optimize my

www. xxx .com/used-motorcycles-in-san-diego

page for the other 5 phrases as well ???

    If the keyword is considered competitive I would generally create a page for that keyword. The keywords above you could easily just have them in the content and the root keyword in the meta and you would be fine to use 1 page.

    You can have one page for all phrases, providing that the words are in the page or a meta tag (?).

    As to getting PR for each keyword, when you post your back links, you need to use a <a href="(link)">text</a>

    Or if you're going to back link in forums I think its (*url="(link)]text[/url]
