Free tool to scrape URL's?

I have many websites and I am looking for an easy way to get the url's of all of my previous posts so I can begin to build backlinks to them.

I know there are paid tools like scrapebox but I am not looking to use extensively - just wondering if there is a simple way to accomplish - some of my sites have several hundred posts.
