I am going to rework my website changing it from a blog to static pages probably. I have a list of around 6-9 top keywords which I have written articles for and maybe 30 or so long tail ones which I also plan to write articles for.
Do I still get the same SEO power using only anchour text on front page vs. the whole article?

Now I've read you should sticky your top articles on the front page for SEO purposes.
What I have been thinking of doing is just having the front page as a list of contents to the articles with anchour text to each- so the top articles will have their anchour text there plus all the others. So will this make a difference in terms of SEO?
