Can social networking plugins like Topsy Social Modules improve google ranking of WP blog?

Wonder if installing Topsy Social Modules WP plugin would improve rankings of my site. The plugin has a widget which I displays what is being said on Twitter about the topic my posts are about. Any have any experience using this plugin or believe that google will put more love to a site which have a twitter widget?
by the way: my site I consider to add this plugin on is updaed daily with new posts.
