Hi Warriors!

I made an backlink order from Fiverr. To my surprise most of my backlink were actually from statistical sites and whois sites like

http://websitevaluebot.com/www.xxxx.com

or

http://whois.domaintools.com/xxxx.com

Does these actually count as backlinks?

Thanks!

Kind Regards
Parto

Yep, they sure do. Although here is what the search engines don't tell you. Depending on how saturated your niche is, you may either rank very well with a large amount of those type of backlinks OR they may not do to much.
I always incorporate them as a means of spreading my linking portfolio around. It's easy and really, a link is a link.

But the actual page doesn't exist right? I mean its a search engine who fetches information after input. For example a bing search can't be indexed right?

Yes the count, they just aren't high quality. So yeah, but you would typically need a large quantity.
