How to Extract Competitors Adwords Keyword?

I have the SEO Quake plugin, and I noticed that you can use SemRush to extract the keywords that your competitors use on Google Adwords.... for a fee. Is there a way to extract the keywords that your competitors are using without paying for it or with a piece of software? Does the Google Keyword Tool accomplish this goal when you enter the domain name of the competitor's website?

With SEMrush you can lookup at the keyword reports to your sites and the sites of your competitors and for adwords it's very good.
