I've been in the SEO field for awhile and I don't know one SEO that will honestly work for $200/month on a real SEO project.

If you're in some crazy micro-niche it might be doable, but unless you're working with an overseas company/person I can't imagine $200 getting you much unless the service provider is undercutting themselves severely.

My SEO company charges a minimum $1,500 a month retainer for SEO services to put the cost in perspective, but we provide excellent results for all of our clients. Do they give you a set list of everything they're going to do for $200 or are they just going to tell you when your keywords move up? If you don't have to sign a contract and get to pay month-to-month there's not a whole lot of assumed risk trying them out.

You mentioned you want results, consistency, and predictability. If you can get all that for $200/month and rank for real keywords that have significant search volume, more power to you, but I wouldn't hold my breathe.

i will give my vote to dadamson aka dave. I tried his service before and it did get my competitive keyword website rank to almost page 1. I stopped the service due to personal reasons and some financial issue at hand.
