U you should consider a person you might outsource. Like me I do manual backlinks and I can do this fulltime longterm I am from the Philippines so its way cheaper here to outsource. Let me know your thoughts.

why don't you get some automated software for article submission & social bookmarking?? Blog commenting is good and "fair" if you do proper commenting
