What is the best software for backlinks?

Okay, so I basically just started my own site and I am in the process of writing some unique quality articles to submit to ezine.I also have a few other ways for getting backlinks that I am going to use. My site just got indexed two days ago and it is on the 68th page of google for my main keyword. A few of my other keywords are in the top ten.

What is the chance of going from page 68 to page 1 ?

Is there a good program/software that I can use to help me get quality backlinks? I am willing to spend a little money to help boost my page rank, while at the same time, I will be working on my own quality backlinks.

Any suggestions?
