Site Diagnostics in Google

I just bought 5 micro niche sites and am starting to add content to each. I noticed the day after I add content to each site, site diagnostics shows URL-Blocked and URL not found. Read up on it at google, it says I need to enable the robots.txt.

Does this usually happen? And do I need to fix it with my host? Or possible the wp theme is not enabled for it?

Thanks for your help,
Deb

Unless you WANT to block Google from indexing something, you don't need a robots.txt file..

No, I would want google to index the new pages. I just don't know exactly what to do to fix it?
