Hi, I'm trying to create some tiered links and keep trying different web 2.0 sites, but once I post I learn that they are no follow, so annoying!

Any one know a list of just do follow ones as I can't seem to find any?

Thanks

    • There's a list of backlink tools can be found in clickbank.
You can type in the search box of clicbank there to search this software.
  • jimdo and wetpaint is NoFollow...

    • jimdo is in fact dofollow. maybe thats new...i dono
  • Thanks for the list!

You should also spend time getting nofollow links too. A backlink portfolio of just dofollow links looks suspicious to the SE's

I try to go for about 80% dofollow and 20% nofollow.

I share your frustration with web 2.0 sites though, all the good ones are nofollow!

    • This is good point.keep both dofollow and nofollow.Even nofollow web2.0 rank well and send you traffic.
  • thanks for sharing this awesome list i start working on them and hope to get some positive result soon from them
  • Nice start, thanks for the list
  • hi completely agree with dadmson, if you are getting links only from do follow site it looks suspicious. Its better if you get do follow and no follow links both.
  • 2.0 Websites give your site backlinks fast.
  • This is really very good list. And i am going to create backlinks for my website from this list. thanks for sharing with us. And one more thing i update from this post that we should do little work on nofollow link otherwise that would be suspicious for SE's . Thanks dadamson!!

    • Very very useful list for getting backlinks! Bookmarked!

      Thank you!
  • Also, if you want your posts to stick, consider building out mini sites of 5-10 posts on each of those web2.0 locations, and bookmark THOSE sites as well. It's all part of the funnel strategy to your main money site. By building out mini sites at those locations, you're enabling your content to stick and giving it a better chance to be indexed.

    • thanks for the awesome list

could you please explain what you mean by building mini sites on the web 2.0 sites? say for example I go to weebly and make a web page linking to my site, how do I then make a mini weebly site and what is the benefit?
  • bump on the 'mini sites' point above?

    • No problem. Many of those sites do provide SOME benefit when you drop a post on them with links back to your site..no doubt.

But who is to say that the admin of those sites keep your account active for very long? And wouldn't it be an even stronger site property if you had say 5-10 posts per site account pointing back to either a money page or even a tier 2 page? It's been my experience that it is stronger AND my accounts seem to stick around a lot longer than some accounts that just post once and are done.

So my practice has been to create 5-10 postings per site (livejournal, wordpress.com, insanejournal, etc) and build these properties out that point to various other properties of mine.

Sometimes the posts reference an article that I've written on a subject, and sometimes it just points to a bookmarked page or even my money page.

I've got submitters that allow me to continously post to the same account, on the same property so that I can build it out. That's how I take advantage of these web 2.0 properties.

  • Thanks for sharing the prominent list of web 2.0 property sites. it is really helps to create dofollow backlinks in popular sites.
    cheers,

  • Ya you should also go for no follow links. If you want in safe zone in the eye of google then it may helps you. Beside this, no follow can bring you traffic as traffic can see it. For this whatever you try dofollow or nofollow, it is must that you use relevant sites to gain the actual audience.
  • Thanks for your contribution..May i ask u a question...? Are all web 2 site above working to increase our site's SEO..?

  • Great list! Thanks!
  • awesome saves my time i was looking for it
  • may i know, how to utilize it?
  • Just want to remind everyone that a balanced number of nofollow and dofollow links are strongly recommended. Having dofollow links only, your site might become too suspicious in Google's eyes.
  • nice information

  • Don't discount no-follow links. If all you do is concentrate on building do-follow links, you create a very obvious over optimization footprint.

    • Agreed!

It seems that trying to make everything look as "natural" as possible is the way to go after the latest update.

Remembering vary anchor text is another big one here recently as well.
  • Thank you for all sharing here!
