I am tracking the unique visitors to about a dozen Exact Match Domain sites I have created. Ten of twelve are on page one of Google. I am tracking each in Google Analytics to see the daily traffic. I also get the traffic data from the analytic tools in Host Gator where all of the sites are hosted. Unfortunately I am not seeing much correlation between the two sets of data. Now, I do not expect 100%, but in some cases I see 2X or more traffic on Host Gator than GA. I will also see sites getting in Host Gator but not in GA.
Question About Differences Between Google Analytics Data and Host Gator Numbers

Does anyone have any thoughts on why there is this large difference. There is not much I can do about I suspect, however at least having some understanding would be nice.
Thanks.
