Getting High PR Backlinks

how do you locate high PR sites and blogs? i guess even better question, how do yout tell what PR a site is that you comment on?

everyone says you need High PR backlinks but no one really says where you can get them from

    Download SEOQuake for your browser and activate the bar. When you visit a site it will display the PageRank for that page in the bar.

    I outsource all of my SEO, but do get links from high PR homepage. A quick glance in the Warrior For Hire section will give you what your looking for.

    use some firefox addons. or just buy scrapebox and scrape high pr sites

    Scrapebox can help immensely. If you've got patience and a lot of bandwidth you can build a pretty decent sized list of high PR blogs.

    Otherwise, my favorite extension is "Search Status" for Firefox. Much better than SEOQuake IMO. Very simple and easy to use. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fir.../searchstatus/

    Well my opinion is that you do need High PR Links but the backlinks do not necessarily need to be on the homepage but inner links. So profile should do the trick.
