I'm making well over $200 daily and growing on my good days, and I started about six months ago. The money will come easily once you learn how to generate quality traffic.

i have 80 minisite and have 5 big site, i got total around $50-$150 each day from adsense and for other affiliates, i got from zero $ until 500$ every months...

I am just testing adsence and last month made 120$. From now on I like adsence because if you put a lot of effort you can make 100$ everyday for sure.

Yes, $100+ is definitely doable with Adsense - my approach is to build small niche sites that make at least $1 per day - I'm on my way to having 100 of them soon.

Very easy when you have a system in place, know how to optimize the sites, on page seo, backlinks, oh and keyword research is very important -- first step before anything else of course!

I don't outsource a thing. As ladylioness said, it's just a matter of making money with one and then reproducing. If I had to start over and had no idea what I was doing, I'd throw up 20 sites and just start trying different things.. and keep evaluating traffic with whatever stat program you use (I hate Analytics) and figure out which one was working the best. In that way, you've already started a system .. and things will just start working for you at that point and coming together. It all comes down to one thing.. Take action. Most people that aren't making money online are too afraid of trying anything for fear that they don't know what really works. Get rid of that, just start trying stuff... and spend an hour or two every day on it.. and you'll begin to start seeing money.

The problem with adsense is that it is rather unlikely to get $100 (let alone $500...) A DAY on a single site..unless you have an insane amount of traffic. (You dont get $500 a day on one site with only 1000 visitors, not even 10.000 visitors PER DAY...)

So i am pretty sure that you guys with several hundreds Adsense/day have a MASSIVE amount of blogs (several hundreds)....and this brings with it a certain risk putting all eggs into one basket.

(I have my own share of experiences with Google..ESPECIALLY when it comes to Adsense)

The thought having 100s of blogs running on Adsense therefore also frightens me.

Here is another truth:

While it may be the case someone making $500 per day i have problems believing that, somewhat.
There is many, many people making less than a single $ per day, many people maybe making less than $10/month.

I think the number of making pennies with adsense is WAY higher than the number of people who make good money with adsense. So your "$100-$500 per day" earner is for sure not the norm.

George, my eCPM (estimated earnings p/ 1000 impressions) is about $25 on up to $125 on a couple niches. Most of the time it's closer to the $25 range.

So all in all, I'd say that what you wrote is pretty accurate. Doing it with 1 blog/site would be quite an achievement.

I would agree, you will probably need multiple sites to achieve $100 a day, especially if you are starting from scratch. I'm not saying it can't be done, but IMO it is much easier.

Keep in mind there is a startup cost to having 100 sites...about $7.50 per domainname :-)

I make a bit more than $100/day nowadays off my 4 websites. Takes time and ideally work on websites you actually enjoy.

If you can get the traffic, then it is possible, sure many people are making a lot more than that a day, be it from multiple sites or high traffic sites with optimized Adsense ads

Absolutely correct! Unless you're doing the wrong thing. Just take it easy and enjoy it.

The best way in my opinion is just to make your site Google News site, therefore you will have tons of traffic! And from there - clicks to your AdSense

You can definitely have 200 sites in one AdSense account. In fact, you're not limited to 200 sites...but that's all AdSense will allow to be tracked by URL's. (Unless they bumped your limit to 500 like they have for some people) If you have more sites, you just can't tell how well that particular site is doing...but you still get paid.

Adsense impressions and clicks are not my problem. I send over 300,000 impressions and over 5,000 clicks to google per month but only getting around $500 for that. Big issue. My issue is eCPM.

There are so many ways to make money with adsense the key is how are you marketing yourself Yes, there is facebook, and craigslist. But that is not enough. You have to DIRECTLY market to people, NOT rely on impressions. Impressions are what people get by seeing your sight but not actually clicking on it. In order to really get seen you might have to spend a few bucks. I recommend getting a blogger page through Google and turning it into your own website. Its 10 bucks a year. Thats it. Blasting yourself is totally unprofessional and makes you look desperate.

Well i didnt say it's impossible...given a good number of blogs.

The problem is rather another.

Google has REALLY gotten tough and the slightest indication that a site is made primarily for adsense revenue *could* get you in trouble.

Google looks way more at quality of sites (PLUS quality of traffic, how the traffic converts etc.).... which essentially means to be "safe" you NEED to establish a quality site which gives real value to the users.

If you dont, eg. only making a 5 pager with some articles...there is ALWAYS a risk that some moody Google employee comes across your site one day, doesnt like your site and cans your account.

The problem now is that its NOT that easy and fast to make dozens, let alone 100s of really high quality sites where its obvious they are NOT only made for adsense revenue.

Here is what I do to make more with adsense:

First when you design your site makke sure it is entirely focused around ad sense. make sure you put ad sense in the key areas-- you can google a heat map to see where people look first.

Second - Do research and find keywords that have a high payout.. like The prinitng niche. I make good money in that niche, just bc I selected the focus keywords with HIGH ad click costs. Use Google free traffic keyword tool and look for keywords that have alot of competiton and get ready for battle.

Third - Set up your adsense site on an AGED domain over 5 years if you can- this will help keep results and short cut success. I use wordpress.

Fourth- Add unique content that is SEO optimized - I use SEO pressor to optimize the content.

Fifth - Send quality traffic as much as you can however you can. I use alot of methods to get traffic as you should. That will ensure you get paid a decent amount of money for your clicks.

Lastly I shoot for a CTR of 5% - This way I know roughly how much each site will generate.

To get an higher CTR simply make the site about adsense with minimal navigation. The more navigation the better and with Google now measuring your Bounce Rate, you want navigation..

More Nav = Lower CTR Less Nav.= Higher CTR

(Hint) put navigation in the footer- this will comply with what Google likes somewhat and help with CTR.

Adsense can be very profitable if you have the right team on your side with the right amount of sites with traffic. Also one must be careful to not spend too much time placing ads on sites that aren't worthy

ever since this Panda update, AS has gone up and up. I look in there some days and say "no way". It is leaps and bounds from 2 yrs ago, almost near that number per day.

Anyone else making about 50% more than usual? and once the economy really picks up I expect bids on words to go even higher. It's all good right now.

FWIW, I don't have MFA sites, they are quality and focused and I redesigned their look so people stay on the site longer.

things which i noted down in the forum and other places

1) find keywords with high traffic and low "exact match competition"
(Google search in "quotes")

2) get EMD, preferably aged domains ( EMD = Exact Match Domain )

3) get Quality articles 30 to 40 very well written with Keyword density 2% to 3%

4) have on site SEO enabled.
(title tags, h1 tags etc, for more info SeoMoz . org and look for be beginners-guide-to-seo/why-search-engine-marketing-is-necessary )

5) have you links organised and passing page rank well ( dynamic-linking . net )

6) build quality links and have them social book marked

7) keep up the work for 1 to 3 months ( Dependant on how strong the KW is)

8) start from 1

Please note that I'm no expert in SEO neither IM, I just want to share what I always do because there are people asking about it, i hope i can help them (sorry guys, i can't reply your pm)
Plus, i'm no good in english, but i try my best to make you undestand

The most important thing when you want to make money with adsense is 'keyword research'

Pick keywords (KW) that has high CPC and low competition :

HIGH CPC :
To find high CPC keyword, we all know that we can use the Google Keyword Tool (GKT), but if you have played long enough with adsense, you will notice that even when GKT shows high CPC in reality you will only get cents in clicks.
So, the things you must do :
1. See competition level of that KW in GKT (show is green bar). As adsense aff, we are in the position as publisher not advertiser, so the higher the competition the better, Higher competition means there are a lot of advertisers bidding that KW.
2. check closely related KW (check the 'shows only related KW's radio box in GKT) and see whether those keywords have high CPC also).
3. Put that KW in google search bar, try research it a couple of time and see wheter there really are advertiser with that KW.

LOW COMPETITION
The only 2 things about the competition are :
1. Check how many competitors optimizing with that KW (in google search bar, put that keyword in quote and see how many pages that KW has)
2. Accessing the quality of the page one's sites. You can use free tool like traffic travis to quickly see these. Traffic travis has free version, try it .

HOW MANY KEYWORDS PER SITE
When I start building adsense minisite, I always have minimum 5 closely related keywords (explained above) to build into post. Put the keyword that has highest search volume (IMPORTANT, YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2000 SEARCHES PER MONTH FOR THIS) as homepage keyword, and the other for post keywords (1000 or less is okay, but i always has a total search (homepage+all post's KWs) of 5000 searches per month)

POSTING ARTICLES
I do not need to tell you about 'on page' SEO, you can find a lot about it here at WF, but a little advice is when you make a post, try at least have 1 homepage keyword that link to your homepage also (since they are all closely related KWs it's not hard, isn't it?

PROMOTING/LINK BUILDING

Since all the keywords are low competition, so promoting it is not really hard, here are the steps i always use:
1. Bookmarking (manual) at high PR bookmarking site (like Digg, delicious,etc) - Do this RIGHT AFTER you made a post !
2. Wait after you post been indexed with google, the take the article and spin it (you can use 'The Best Spinner', spin it manually to make sure it's readable! ). Take 10 spun versions of that article, and also save the spin syntax version.
3. Manual : Post the spun versions of that articles and post it on high PR article directories (10 of them) I use ezinearticles, goarticles, sooperarticles, articlebase(NF), basearticles, amazines, articledashboard, ezinemark, and articlesnatch.
4. Automate : (3 days after step 3) You can use 'AMR' to distributed your article to another 2000+ article directories (usually you get immadiate 200+ live article with link to your site)
5. Automate : Blog network. There are many blog network out there like BMR, AMA, UAW, etc. I use ezarticlelink since it cheap (only $19,9/month) and enough to rank almost all my adsense sites. (set the post at 5-15 posts/day)

With these alone you will see your site in page one within 2 - 3 weeks and you can start receiving visitor and earning with its clicks.

ADVANCE LINK BUILDING
Instead of just building backlink to your homepage, it is a must to build link to your inner pages also, which means building backlink to every post you make. I have explained above that every posts you make will target 1 low competition high CPC keywords, so ranking it to page one will pay your effort sweetly.
Yes, it will require more works, but :
1. You get more money ( No work no money, more work more money, its your choice)
2. You get more authority of your site in the eyes of google when you receive visitor right into the inner pages of your site.
Here are the steps :
1. BMR (Build My Rank) - You must write 150 words of article to be posted in their blog's network
So far, in my opinion, it's the best article network out there, why, because your articles are distributed in high PR blogs (no PR0 or N/A), the majority is your article distributed to PR 3, lowest PR 1, highest PR7.
This type of link is what google much loved (link within content and on high authority site), tyr it, you get 10 free links.
2. Profile Links
The truth about profile links is (this is my opinion, i have expericed it so many time, so up to you to believe it or not ). The profile links will give you quick boost in SERP, damn quick, but also 'damn hard' to be indexed, then again that link will also get 'damn quick' devalued by google But, we still have the advantage of it for diversifying the link. Yes, i always use the profile link to all my site for the sake of link diversity.
Automated software : I use sick marketing, try it, it's 30 days free trial (if im not mistaken)
3. Blog commenting.
I only use this to build a link when my site have reach page one and to maintain it there. Try to find blog that doesn't have to many outbound link (try searching its post that doesn't have to many comments)
If you want to automate it, nothing else except scrapebox.
4. .edu/.gov links
Try getting this link from blog commenting instead of profile links so you will have much better indexed rate. When you build this link from profile, you wil notice that many of them wont get indexed.
This type of link is powerful in the eyes of google but also really hard to get, just try to outsource it so you will not wasting your time trying to get this link.

Once again, don't forget about on-page SEO, you do it right, you are already 50% done on SERP, sometimes on very low copetition, doing on page SEO only can make you hit the page one

That's all i think i could share with you, and that's all i always do for every each of my adsense site.
Last word :
1. Try using anchor text for your link. No need to diversify the keyword used as anchored text, just focus on 1 keyword only to rank your site or your inner page.
2. AVOID LINKWHEEL. I have bad experience with (not once, but 3 times). It's dangerous when you dont know how to do it (so, my advice is better forget it)

I am not declining everyone who says is making xx$ p/day from adsense but i never crossed even x$ p/day. yea, i don't have 100's of blogs but have a few decent traffic sites which are not paying any good from adsense. also, i have a big faith that the number of people who are not earning or are earning pennies p/day from adsense are much big in number from those who are earning 100's of $ p/day

I just started this whole venture about a month ago, I have never done any IM work in my life. I started 5 sites over the last 30 days. 2 of them are starting to produce by using good SEO tactics, I am averaging 3.50 a day off the two sites, I just finally purchased Market Samurai and I think it is going to be a valuable tool for me.

I know I will get to the 100.00 a day mark with in a year, I am a very determined person.

Got around 30 sites, and make around $ 150/200 a day. All the traffic comes from natural google rankings. Dominate in specific nichie with multiple sites. At the end of the day what it comes down to is:

1. Traffic (Best traffic is natural google traffic through rankings)
2. The CPC for the target keywords you selected
3. The amount of time you spend on the site, the better the site, the better the articles etc. the faster and easier it will rank, and the better it will compete...

That's all it takes really!

The trick with Adsense, as with any site really is traffic, the more traffic you have, the more chances you will have to make money, so focusing on getting unique content, and quality backlinks will serve that purpose
