I use the sites found at imperialdirectory.com/FreeDirectoryList. Those sites works great for me, hope you could find helpful as well..

I don't think this will be useful, better submit to 10 directories daily with UNIQUE details than submit your website to 2000+ directories with the SAME details!

I checked the most of them.....they have PR 2-3

but they have a lot of pending links 900 or 1000 !!!

I don't rely much on directory submission for my backlinks strategy but I found

a great free tool (Semi-Automated) that makes directory submission very easy..... IMT Directory Submitter

Same here. IMO directory submission is not worth the time, unless you get it outsourced for cheap or use a bulk submission tool. What is important though that you should mix up your link building campaign with other strategies apart from directory submissions (pretty obvious).

Directory submissions are a great way to get started with backlinking, but should not be your only source of backlinks. I found that when I diversify it with comments and articles directories work better.

Instant approval is a signal of poor quality . There are a lot of services on the web who will work for cheap to submit . If you have a strategy to build links with directories , better you submit to relatively better directories . You need not just links but relative and better links.

Don't waste your time by submitting to this kind of fast approval directories ,because they won't bring you any SEO value, such websites will be spammed to loss.It is better to spend some time and write some good descriptions, titles and do some manual submission to all quality web directories.
