Like it or not, Google tailors ads to the viewers. In other words, if your viewers are middle age men, then you will have ads for expensive liquor, high end resorts and luxury cars. If your viewers are women in their 20's and 30's, there will be ads for upper end cosmetics (If you are doing things right. If you do it wrong, you end up selling hemorrhoid medicine). If your viewers are teenagers, then you get ads for song downloads, video games and zit cream.

The bad news is, your free product, which I take is a software that allows music and videos from Youtube to be stored and played on portable devices, is going to mostly appeal to younger folks. Nothing personal, but nobody pays adwords dollars for selling zit cream and song downloads. Worse yet, your giveaway is designed to attract people who are looking to get something for free.

This is not the kind of traffic that adwords advertisers are willing to pay good money for.

Changing your giveaway would take major work, but you can mitigate the situation by paying more attention to where you leave backlinks, and perhaps massaging your keywords on Google. The only way you are going to get higher dollar clicks is to attract an older, more monied audience. Otherwise you are working in the land of the ten cent clicks.

Those sites don't do well with AdSense. It is same just like gaming sites where they pay 1 to 2 cent per click.

You keywords are low paying- what you should do is add some high paying keywords to your website content to get higher paying ads. also you have too many google ads on you site i think that's aganst their tos

With that type of site, your CTR shouldn't be any bigger thank 00.05%
You need a better site than that. Try micro niche sites.

I know some high paying keywords but my problem is where to put them. I really don't know how to optimize size content. and looking at my site, there isn't too many places I can put content. Can you give me an example where I should put some content and what type of content?

You need a good keyword for a high CPC and a good template for CTR. Those will both increase your earnings. You may already know this if you've visited my sig.
