I thought that Panda had tanked my rankings as well but within a week they just came back to normal again. This might be the case for you. did they just tank over night? How recently did it happen?

Panda has been live for a while now so if they did dissapear over night and very recently it would be unlikely to be Pnada and you might be experiencing wha they call the "Google Dance"

I am pretty sure it's panda, because most of my keywords have gone way down the SERPs, and i've been watching the keywords consistently just over a month now.

There's been 3 mini-panda updates since the original Panda so it could be that.

Google is really just shuffling stuff at the moment to give us the illusion that it knows what we're doing.

What's your backlink portfolio like? Profile and blog comments?

It may just be the normal Google dance. Everyone has been worried about Panda lately. But really, if you've got 100% unique content that's properly optimized for your keywords and you diversify your backlinks you'll be fine.

The people that are getting hurt are the people that relied mainly on third party sources instead of creating their own sites (ezinearticles), have low quality or dupe content on their sites, and / or used only one source for backlinks. (Giant Scrapebox blasts, just forum profiles and nothing else, etc.)

If it's just the Google dance, chances are you'll come back stronger. Especially if you've already started to rise in the search results.

If it was caused by panda, then it has something to do with your site's content. Something to do with duplicate and spam contents. But if you do not have, it's just a normal scenario.

When you say duplicate content, do you mean multiple categories, tegs, etc.? Cause one of my sites #1 competitors has an autoblog that when I copyscape gets at least 75% copied sites for its daily posts. I just want to be sure
